Hox Box has been designing and building spaces for over three decades. Design & Build, Furniture, Joinery, Plants and Signage aren't five separate suppliers stitched together; they're one in-house team working in tandem, covering every stage from pre-construction and budget management through to design, build, fit-out and handover.
One point of contact, one accountable team, no gaps for things to fall through, delivered faster and with far less friction than the traditional multi-contractor route.

Office Design
We spend time understanding how your team actually works before we draw a single wall. Space planning, interior direction and concept development, done in-house, so the design that gets built is the one that gets used.

Office Fit-Out
Turning an approved design into a finished space: construction, MEP coordination, joinery and installation, managed in-house from start to handover. One team carries the project through, so nothing gets lost between contractors.
03.
Office Refurbishment
Upgrading or reconfiguring an existing space, occupied or not, rather than starting again from scratch. Strip-out, new finishes and reinstatement, planned to keep disruption to the people still using the building to a minimum.
04.
Pre-Construction Planning
Feasibility studies, budgeting, scheduling and risk assessment, worked through before a single wall comes down. Getting this stage right early is what keeps a project on time and on budget later.
05.
Interior Design
The design-led side of the process: mood, materials, layout and finish, developed around your brand and how your people actually use a space. A distinct discipline from Office Design's planning focus, built to work alongside it.
06.
3D Visualisation
Photorealistic renders and walkthroughs that show exactly how a scheme will look and feel before a single brick is laid. Decisions get made with confidence, not guesswork, and changes cost nothing at this stage.
07.
Aftercare
The relationship does not end at handover. We stay on as your single point of contact for ongoing support, so small issues get sorted quickly and the space keeps working the way it was designed to.
